Theeratha Vilayattu Pillai is a 2010 Tamil movie directed by Thiru and starring Vishal, Sarah-Jane Dias, Tanushree Dutta and Neetu Chandra. Prakash Raj does not approve of Karthik's relationship with his sister and tries to stop him. Karthik also has to deal with Sneha, who plays a doctor and a childhood friend of Karthik.
