MINIMUM CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR THE PREFERRED CONTRACTOR NETWORK:

EXPERIENCE - Minimum 3 years of General Contracting experience and hands on project management experience.

GOOD STANDING - Must be in good standing with the State or Local licensing department. Must be able to pull permits and must be authorized to perform residential renovations in your market.

RETAIL CLIENT EXPERIENCE -Must have retail residential renovation, construction, remodeling and estimating experience and an adequate subcontractor base to take on and perform quality work in a timely manner.

COVERAGE AREA & CAPACITY - Must be able to cover a geographical area and have capacity to take on more work. (approximately 30 mile radius or more)

PROOF OF CREDENITIALS - Must have adequate liability insurance, bond & workman compensation or other qualifying proof that they can pass local permit & code requirements.

COMPLETE TRAINING & ONBOARDING - Must complete the MAKEOVER training and onboarding process.

SIGNED AGREEMENT - Must be able to adhere to and perform the duties outlined in the independent subcontractor agreement.

TIMELY ESTIMATES - Must be able to schedule an initial site visit and provide a detailed renovation estimate in a timely manner in the format provided by MAKEOVER.

QUALITY OF WORK & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - The contractors must maintain an adequate level both quality of work and customer satisfaction in order to remain in the network.

SUPPORT STAFF - Must have administrative staff that can quickly assist with estimations, paperwork and other documentation requests needed to quickly close these transactions.

SYSTEMS IN PLACE - Must have processes and systems in place to assist clients with the selections process, change orders and project management and communication during the project.

FINANCIALLY STABLE - Must be able to be paid using a Draw Schedule. Paid for Completed Work and not paid upfront. Must have adequate lines of credit, cash flow, supplier accounts and subcontractor terms accounts.

REFERRENCES - Provide both client and supplier references and proof of completed projects.
